They are all friendly and are happy to chat and impart their extensive knowledge and experience of their products. There was no pressure, the test ride experience was fabulous allowing me to be sure that I was selecting the right bike for me. Trade in was spot on and the whole process was easy. They really care about providing great customer service and love to keep things local. If you want to support a locally owned and operated business in Gippsland, and get your HD fix, make sure you give Traralgon Harley-Davidson a shot. You won't be disappointed. As for servicing, my husband's bikes won't go anywhere else, bec and hayden go above and beyond to make sure it's spot on. And Courtney in merch is your girl for finding the best gear to suit you and most importantly to fit correctly. Great team and a pleasure to work with.
