  You would think having someone answer the telephone is rather important. Rang and left voicemails during business hours, the voicemail message said someone would call me back by close of business. This never happened.
  
  Im sure people there would be helpful if they picked up the phone.

  costumer service is appalling!! For the amount of money you spend with the bank it should be outstanding. Almost impossible to talk to anyone on the phone! Calls not returned!!.....get the feeling no-one actually wants to talk to you !!!

  Appalling customer service. Both my experiences with their home loan/lending team has been incredibly stressful and extremely unorganised. I will never deal with them again.
  
  Phone calls were never returned, I was told one thing one week and then another thing the next. And, not to mention a 5 month delay which was solely caused by an error made by the bank.
  
  I would never recommend lending from the CBA Traralgon.
