  DONT NOT rent your property with this company.
  
  I was impressed with their presentation when i was deciding who to manage my property. Do not be fooled by their presentation as all i had were difficulties from there.
  
  During inspections they asked the tenant to clean the house and tidy the garden. They do not follow up these requests. When i took back my property, It was filthy!!!!!!!!
  
  On final inspection the Property Manager agreed on the state of the house, and i quote her 'I'm not happy with the state this house is left', yet they could only negotiate a general clean and general garden tidy. i am out of pocket financially and spent hours rectifying the mess the house was left.
  
  Poor communication to the point I had to contact the director/owner after numerous call and emails (over 2 weeks) to my property manager who refused to return my attempts to make contact. It took 3 months to organise the bond return and money used to get two general tidy ups from the bond.
  
  Ill provide you an example that occurred many times. On the odd occasional i called my Property Manager, (in her office) after getting off the phone, i would call back after forgetting to ask a question within 5 minutes of getting off the phone, i'd call back only to be told she is not in the office. This closed door policy is unprofessional and disrespectful.
  
  i was told not to turn up to a VCAT hearing as it was being adjourned to a later date. i was under the impression this was only an administrative matter. After this initial hearing I was contacted and was told there was discussion between member at VCAT and tenant and i was unable to self advocate. I clearly told the Property Manager i wanted to attend the hearing many times
  
  if your currently using Wilson Property as managers of your property, please take this advise. The contractors they use over charge massively. The property managers will not provide you quotes prior to the works. If you allow this, be prepared to be ripped off. I learnt this lesson and put a stop to works organise by my Property Manager

  I rented through these people for 2 and a half years. Very good and very professional services. They were prompt, polite and went out of their way to help. Not what you normally get from a real estate agent.
