Booked online and spoke to someone who said it was fine and then called again on our way to pick up the car to confirm and they said no cars available. We drove past on our way to Hertz and saw plenty of cars out the front. Terrible service and the man on the phone was rude with no sympathy or apologies for their failed system. Even another one of their staff said our booking was fine. Will never use AVIS. Never have and now never will.

I have been a repeat customer for many years, and each time I rent a vehicle from Avis Traralgon, I have received nothing but professional, and friendly customer service.
I particularly appreciate the high-quality service that Tamara and Yolanda provide. These two ladies are exceptional team members, who always greet me with a happy smile, listen attentively to the highlights of my day, and ensure I have a great rental deal, with the flexibility to extend.
I am never disappointed with any of the vehicles I drive out of the Traralgon branch. If the vehicles are new to me, I am given a detailed rundown of the key features. They are always clean, wiped down (safe), and I never have to worry about the paperwork since everything is emailed to me.
Lastly, I greatly appreciate the effort that Tamara and Yolanda make to ensure that I have my favourite vehicle when it is possible.
